What Standard Porta Potty Service Covers
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply to standard porta potty rental services provided by CO Toilet Pros in Evergreen, Colorado, as described in your accepted quote. The rental may include the agreed unit, delivery to an accessible placement area, pickup, and servicing only if those items and their timing appear in the quote.
You are responsible for providing accurate site details, a safe route, and permission to use the placement area. Extra units, hand-wash stations, restroom trailers, holding tanks, pumping, cleaning beyond scheduled service, relocation, or special event support require a separate written agreement.
Construction customers must arrange sanitation facilities appropriate to their worksite; OSHA requirements include 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141. Accessible units, when requested and agreed, should be planned with the 2010 ADA Standards in mind.
Permits and wastewater rules may apply to a project. Colorado Regulation 5 concerns wastewater discharge permits; contact the relevant authorities about site-specific requirements. CO Toilet Pros does not provide permitting or guarantee regulatory compliance.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellations
We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup with you using the dates, site address, access details, and service frequency stated in the quote or booking confirmation. A requested date is not confirmed until CO Toilet Pros accepts the booking.
Give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, move a delivery, change the rental period, or adjust the number or type of units. Any cancellation charge or deadline will be shared in your quote or confirmation; if none is stated, contact us before assuming a fee applies.
A change that affects equipment, labor, travel, timing, or access may change the price or availability. We will seek your approval before proceeding with a material change.
Delays caused by unsafe access, blocked routes, severe weather, or other conditions outside our control may require a revised service time. Please keep the placement area accessible and tell us promptly about site changes. Additional work is not included unless agreed in writing.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote is based on the information you provide, including location, rental dates, unit type and quantity, access, and requested servicing. Review it carefully: only the listed equipment and work are included.
A quote is not a booking until CO Toilet Pros confirms your order. The quote or confirmation will state the applicable charges and payment timing.
Please pay by the method and date shown there; if the documents do not specify when payment is due, ask us before accepting the order.
Changes to the rental term, unit count, service schedule, site conditions, or delivery requirements may affect the total. We will explain any revised charge and request approval before doing added work.
Do not assume optional services are included because they were discussed or requested. Charges for approved additions, applicable taxes, or other disclosed costs will be shown in the updated agreement or invoice. No price or financing offer is created by these terms alone.
Equipment Condition and Service Concerns
CO Toilet Pros will provide the rental equipment and any delivery or servicing described in your accepted agreement. These terms do not create a separate warranty period or guarantee beyond commitments stated in writing in that agreement. If a unit appears damaged, is not in the agreed location, or needs attention during the rental, contact us promptly and describe the issue so we can review it and discuss an appropriate response.
Coverage does not extend to damage, loss, misuse, unauthorized movement, or conditions caused by the renter, site visitors, other contractors, or circumstances outside our control. Keep equipment in its agreed location and do not alter or attempt repairs without our consent.
Routine servicing is included only when specified in the booking. Any adjustment, replacement, or additional visit must be agreed with CO Toilet Pros; the scope and any charge will be confirmed before extra work begins. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Responsibility for Site Risks and Losses
You are responsible for choosing a suitable placement area, securing site permission, keeping the route accessible, and telling us about known underground utilities, unstable ground, overhead hazards, or other site risks. CO Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions we did not create, or for loss caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, misuse, or unauthorized relocation.
Where the law allows, our responsibility for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable rules depend on the project and location. OSHA sanitation standards, including 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141, may apply to employers.
Accessible facilities are addressed by the 2010 ADA Standards. Permit and wastewater requirements are determined by the relevant authorities; contact Jefferson County Public Health or the appropriate agency for site-specific guidance. These terms do not make CO Toilet Pros your compliance adviser or guarantee permit approval.

Mason Reed
Service Expert at CO Toilet Pros
I started this business after years working around construction and event sites in the Evergreen area, where reliable restroom access can make a long day easier. I learned to plan for winding roads, sloped lots, and winter weather so deliveries and service visits work for the site, not just the map.
